Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager based in Goa. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations at the PlayWorkStay facility, ensuring smooth management of accommodation spaces, sports infrastructure, and workspaces. Responsibilities include tenant and guest communication, team supervision, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, contract and financial management, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and fostering an environment that upholds the standards of PlayWorkStay.
Qualifications
- Operational and facilities management experience including property upkeep, maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budgeting, and contracts
- Team leadership and staff supervision experience
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with property management software and tools is advantageous
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to work in a results-driven, customer-focused environment
