Role Description
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Property Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Nagpur. Responsibilities include daily management and oversight of property operations, handling tenant communications, ensuring property maintenance, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. The Property Manager will also handle financial tasks such as preparing budgets, collecting rent, and tracking expenses to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
Qualifications
- Property management expertise, including lease administration, tenant relations, and facility management
- Strong financial skills in budgeting, rent collection, and expense tracking
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills for managing daily operations effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and vendor interactions
- Problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills for addressing tenant concerns
- Proficiency in property management software and basic computer applications
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Prior experience in property management or a related field is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred
