Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Property Manager for our Minimalist Hotel – East of Kailash, Delhi location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the complete day-to-day operations of the property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing overall guest experience and ensuring high service standards
- Handling reservations, check-ins, and front office operations
- Supervising housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensuring operational efficiency across all departments
- Leading, training, and managing on-ground staff
- Monitoring budgets, expenses, and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Supporting and executing community-driven events and activities within the property
Eligibility & Qualifications- Proven experience in hotel/property operations (pre-opening experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, team management, and training capabilities
- Working knowledge of hospitality systems and daily operations
- Good understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Strong guest handling, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage events and create engaging guest experiences
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Additional Information- Location: East of Kailash, Delhi (On-site role)
- Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month
