Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Property Manager at Knight Frank India. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating vendors and contractors, ensuring infrastructure upkeep, and addressing tenant inquiries. The role requires strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless property management and operations.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including knowledge of lease management and tenant relations
• Facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, and operational oversight expertise
• Proficient in budget management and financial reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client engagement
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to property operations
• Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
