Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage both sales and operations for our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a smooth tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Occupancy Management
• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and property platforms
• Conduct site visits and convert prospects into tenants
• Maintain high occupancy levels across properties
• Build and manage relationships with brokers and channel partners
• Track leads and follow-ups systematically

Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
• Ensure readiness of rooms (cleanliness, maintenance, utilities)
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff
• Manage tenant onboarding (documentation, agreements, payments)
• Handle move-ins and move-outs efficiently

Tenant Experience
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly
• Ensure a smooth and professional living experience
• Focus on tenant retention and satisfaction

Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on occupancy and sales
• Track operational issues

Requirements
• 0.6–4 years of experience in sales, real estate, or operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle both field and office work
• Basic proficiency in Excel and communication tools
• Problem-solving attitude with a sense of ownership

Compensation
• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
• Performance-based incentives (linked to occupancy and conversions)
