Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Property Manager will oversee the operations and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing tenant relationships, overseeing property maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and implementing strategies to ensure efficient property management. The role also entails budget planning, expense management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage tenant relationships and mediate concerns.
- Knowledge of property management best practices, including maintenance supervision and vendor coordination.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking for property operations.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards related to property management.
- Proficiency in technology and software tools used for property management and communication.
- Previous experience in hospitality, co-living, or real estate sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
