🚨 We're Hiring: Property Manager
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end property and facility operations.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, MEP, landscaping, parking, and vendor management.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems.
- Manage vendor onboarding, SLA compliance, and performance.
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure statutory compliance.
- Monitor CAM budgets, operational expenses, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with Fire & Life Safety and company policies.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and documentation.
- Lead onsite teams to deliver operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Property or Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CAM management, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
