Role Description -
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to handle and manage rented residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for tenant management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of all leased properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of rented properties
- Coordinate with tenants for rent collection and issue resolution
- Prepare rental agreements, renewals, leave & license agreements, deposits, and related documentation
- Coordinate registration and notarization process of agreements
- Handle tenant onboarding, KYC documentation, and police verification
- Conduct property inspections and ensure upkeep of properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and vendors
- Follow up on pending dues and maintain rent records
- Coordinate with society office, utility departments, and local authorities
- Manage tenant move-in and move-out process
- Maintain MIS reports for occupancy, rent status, maintenance expenses, and renewals
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with legal/accounting teams for agreements and payment records
- Ensure all properties comply with society and municipal regulations
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in property management or real estate operations
- Experience handling residential and commercial rental properties
- Experience in property management, facility management, or real estate operations
- Good knowledge of rental agreements and tenant handling
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Local area knowledge of Mumbai / Mira Bhayandar preferred
- Candidate from real estate background preferred
