Job details:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
Responsibilities
- Assist all outside vendors with property issues
- Manage property inventory
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
- Supervise all property staff
The role would involve physical visit to the properties and be on ground to manage the service. Below are the

1. Oversee and manage all tenancy management services provided to various clients.
2. Supervise daily operations related to property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all properties are
well-maintained and service standards are met.
3. Conduct regular site visits to physically inspect properties and verify the status of reported issues and
concerns.
4. Monitor and stay updated on the progress of each service request or case.
5. Coordinate with vendors and actively build a network of empaneled service providers for various
tenancy-related requirements.
6. Ensure timely updates of service trackers and adherence to all established processes and protocols.
7. Manage escalation
8. Monitor the daily tracker of the team outdoor services records
9. Interact with Clients and ensure that all the concerns are addressed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of property experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
