Position: Property / Real Estate / Community Association Manager (Real Estate & Operations)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret property management documents, lease agreements, and operational workflows to create realistic scenarios and prompts
- Analyze residential and commercial property operations, tenant interactions, and service requests
- Develop structured use cases based on real-world property management and community operations
- Review and validate outputs for accuracy, compliance, and operational feasibility
- Evaluate budgeting, expense tracking, and financial aspects of property management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align property insights with project requirements
- Identify risks related to tenant issues, maintenance, compliance, and vendor coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of property management, real estate operations, and community association processes
- Experience in property management, gated communities, residential complexes, commercial leasing, or facilities coordination
- Knowledge of lease agreements, tenant relations, and compliance standards
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in tenant communication and issue resolution
- Knowledge of maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Familiarity with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in real estate
- Experience with property management tools and systems
