🚨 We’re Hiring | Property Maintenance Engineer
Calpro Specialities Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram.
🔹 Position: Property Maintenance Engineer
🔹 Experience: 4–8 Years
🔹 Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram
🔹 Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
🔹 ITI candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day building/property maintenance activities
• Handle electrical, plumbing, pumps, DG sets and other building equipment
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Coordinate with external maintenance/AMC vendors
• Monitor electrical panels, equipment and technical systems
• Attend and resolve maintenance complaints/issues
• Maintain maintenance records and reports
• Ensure proper safety and smooth functioning of the facility
Candidate Profile:
✔ 4–8 years of relevant experience in building/property/facility maintenance
✔ Strong hands-on technical knowledge
✔ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers
✔ Good communication and team-handling skills
