Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Listing Specialist to manage, optimize, and publish property listings across our platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate data management, property listing creation, content optimization, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish property listings on the NoFeez platform.
- Verify property details, pricing, images, amenities, and location information.
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to collect listing data.
- Optimize property descriptions for user engagement and search visibility.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and updated regularly.
- Manage property images, videos, floor plans, and project documents.
- Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain database accuracy and quality standards.
- Handle bulk property uploads and updates.
- Support the sales and marketing team with listing-related requirements.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate listings, property portals, or data management.
- Knowledge of real estate projects, property types, and market terminology.
- Good understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and CMS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, or similar platforms.
- Basic SEO knowledge for property descriptions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Image and content management experience.
