Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing potential clients. Responsibilities include conducting property presentations, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable projects, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle. The role involves managing and growing key accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets. The Business Development Executive will also participate in site visits, events, and promotional activities, while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist in executing sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets, supporting the sales team in achieving individual and team goals.
- Client Interaction: Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the property buying process.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team and clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle necessary documentation, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication between the sales team and senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, ensuring alignment of efforts to achieve company objectives, and provide support when needed to drive performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Help track sales progress and identify opportunities for improvement, providing valuable feedback to help streamline processes and achieve sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- BBA graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about sales, business development, and client interaction.
- Professional, disciplined, and target-oriented approach. Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market is an advantage.
