Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Investment Advisor, based in Noida. The role involves advising clients on property investments, supporting them in financial planning, and helping them choose property options that align with their needs and goals. Responsibilities include building client relationships, understanding market trends, recommending investment strategies, and effectively guiding clients throughout the buying or investing process.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Investment Strategies, and Investments
- Solid knowledge of Finance, including budgeting and market analysis
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the real estate sector in the Noida region is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
