Location: Ahmedabad
We are looking for a smart, trustworthy, and highly organized professional to manage property-related documentation, financial coordination, bank reconciliations, and administrative compliance work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Property card, land records, property tax, and documentation work
* Coordination with AMC, AUDA, advocates, consultants, and government departments
* Bank reconciliation and tracking of expenses/payments
* Monitoring where company and property-related funds are being utilized
* Preparing weekly MIS and expense reports for management
* Maintaining records of properties, agreements, utility accounts, and renewals
* Coordinating with accounts team for payment tracking and reconciliations
* Identifying pending issues, irregular expenses, and operational gaps
Requirements:
* Experience in accounts, property administration, compliance, or finance coordination
* Strong Excel and documentation skills
* Trustworthy and detail-oriented personality
* Ability to independently handle follow-ups and reporting
* Experience in real estate, construction, CA firms, or family office setups preferred
Experience:
Minimum 4–8 years preferred
