What You Bring (The Essentials)
- Real Estate Foundation: 2 to 4 years of solid experience handling property sales, client relationship management, or site visits in the Delhi NCR market.
- The "Learn it All" Attitude: A genuine eagerness to step out of your comfort zone, master complex documentation, learn financial modeling (cost sheets), and adapt to new software tools.
- Communication & Polish: Energetic and confident communication skills (English & Hindi) with the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Resilience & Hustle: You don't wait to be told what to do. You are proactive, curious, and take absolute pride in solving problems for your clients.
What You Will Do
- Sales Execution: Manage client leads, understand their property requirements, conduct high-impact site visits, and close transactions.
- Financial Modeling (We Train You): Learn to build precise, transparent project cost sheets, calculating basic prices, taxes (GST, TDS), and registration costs seamlessly.
- Legal & Transaction Operations (We Train You): Learn to navigate property documentation, builder-buyer agreements (BBA), RERA compliance, and registry coordination.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the sole, trusted point of contact for the client from their first visit to the final key handover.
