Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Pune Division. The Property Consultant will assist clients in their property journey, offering expert advice, managing sales processes, and building strong relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, identifying suitable properties, negotiating deals, and tracking market trends to ensure informed decision-making. Additionally, the role emphasizes providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets through effective communication and engagement.

- Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to guide clients confidently through the property market
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster trust and enhance client experiences
- Sales expertise to negotiate deals effectively and achieve targets
- Proven ability to stay updated on industry trends and market developments
- Self-motivation with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or consulting is an added advantage
