Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will guide clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process, including conducting property visits, explaining project details, and addressing inquiries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an updated portfolio of listings, following up with leads, preparing basic documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Property Consultant will analyze client requirements, recommend suitable options, support negotiations, and aim to meet or exceed sales and service targets. This role requires consistent on-site presence at properties and the office to ensure timely client support and effective collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to understand client needs, assess property options, and provide informed guidance.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and handle client interactions professionally.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market, local regulations, and standard property documentation processes.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate records of activities.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking and reporting.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property consulting, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with diverse clients and stakeholders.
