Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Thrissur. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate consulting services, including assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, liaising with potential and existing clients, offering tailored property solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships. Additionally, the role involves promoting properties and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with a solid understanding of property market trends and regulations in India
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong Sales skills, including negotiation and persuasive abilities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail
- Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome.
