Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Malappuram. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting in identifying their real estate needs. Tasks include managing sales processes, showcasing properties, and providing advice on buying, selling, or renting properties. The role also entails staying updated with current market trends and fostering trusting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients in property transactions effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs
- Sales experience, including negotiation and closing skills, to achieve desired outcomes
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Malappuram and surrounding areas is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
