Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Malappuram. The Property Consultant will engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting and showcasing properties, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. This individual will also ensure superior customer service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and data.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate knowledge
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and client engagement
- Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate
- Fluency in the local language and English is preferred
