Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Daily tasks will include understanding client needs, conducting market research, arranging property viewings, providing property recommendations, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout transactions. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and a proactive approach toward achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Good understanding of the local property market in Ahmedabad and real estate trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM platforms is a plus
