Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property and Facilities Management Professional, located in Chennai. The role entails overseeing the maintenance and operations of residential and commercial properties while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams, implementing facility management strategies, addressing client queries and needs, managing budgets, driving operational efficiency, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance overall property performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate management.
- Sales experience and understanding to identify and leverage opportunities that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to safety, fire systems, and property management regulations.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant professional certifications would be an advantage.
