About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development/Property Advisors Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality leads from Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. The role involves identifying potential investors, buyers, and clients interested in UAE-based real estate and helping them through the sales and conversion process.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities for UAE real estate projects through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and events.
· Connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and potential buyers in India, primarily Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore,e respectively, in your area, and promote UAE property investment opportunities.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their investment preferences, and provide tailored solutions.
· Coordinate with the UAE sales and marketing team to align strategies, client meetings, and property visits.
· Conduct market research to identify potential client segments and analyse competitor activity.
· Organise and participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events in India to enhance brand visibility.
· Follow up on leads promptly, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
· Maintain detailed reports of client interactions, lead conversions, and business performance. Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, investment, or luxury sales.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and investment trends will be an added advantage.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
· Willingness to travel locally and occasionally to the UAE for client meetings or events.

Skills & Qualification
