Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Associate will assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, conduct market research to understand trends, and actively seek prospects in the real estate and proptech space. Additional responsibilities include fostering partnerships with key stakeholders and providing exceptional service to clients.

💰 Compensation:
BDA: Up to 5.5 LPA
Sr. BDA: Up to 7.3 LPA
✨ Who We're Looking For:
🔸 BDA:
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
🔸 Sr. BDA:
• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in Edtech / Insurance / Retail / Banking / FMCG / Telecom / Real Estate / Hospitality / Automobile
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical and research skills for understanding market trends and identifying opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
