Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role based in Bengaluru North. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. They will provide expert property-related advice, assess clients’ needs, guide property investments, facilitate property tours, and support clients during negotiation and transaction processes. The role will also involve building strong relationships with clients, developers, and financial institutions to deliver tailored property solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and ensure exceptional client interactions
• Experience in Property Management and Investments to offer reliable advisory and strategic solutions
• Basic understanding of Finance for guiding clients in property-related financial matters
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory
