Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will manage property-related transactions, provide investment advice, cater to client requirements, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role involves property management, assisting clients in evaluating options, developing effective relationships with customers, and aligning property offerings with their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust and maintain a professional rapport with clients
- Expertise in property management and investment strategies to guide clients in making informed decisions
- Finance knowledge to provide valuable insights related to property transactions and pricing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in real estate or property advisory is a plus
