Role Description
MD Properties Private Limited is seeking a full-time Property Advisor for an on-site position located in Kolkata. The role involves assisting clients with property management, providing expert advice on real estate investments, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth property buying or renting process. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Property Management and a deep understanding of real estate processes.
- Knowledge of Investments and Finance to provide informed advice on property purchase and rental decisions.
- Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills, and an aptitude for sales.
