Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations, maintaining tenant relationships, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, managing property budgets, and supervising property maintenance. The role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the strategic growth of the properties under management.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in property operations, tenant management, and coordinating routine and emergency maintenance
- Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with lease agreements and regulatory compliance in the property management sector
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
- Customer service orientation with the ability to address tenant concerns professionally
- Previous experience in property management or a related field highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is advantageous
