Job description:
* Business Development:
* Identify and acquire suitable properties across various states and markets in India.
* Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
* Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms, agreements, and property deals.
* Manage property onboarding, documentation, contracts, and registration processes.
* Conduct property audits and site visits as required.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of properties.
* Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
* Sourcing & Procurement:
* Manage sourcing and procurement of household products, furniture, and materials through online and offline channels.
* Place and track orders through Amazon, Flipkart, IKEA, and other relevant platforms.
* Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
* Identify new vendors, portals, and sourcing channels.
* Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- * Coordinate with the ground team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
