Requirement:
• Identify land parcels and society redevelopment opportunities
• Build network with brokers, landowners, and societies
• Coordinate title checks, feasibility, and documentation
• Negotiate and close deals
Must have: Real estate acquisition experience, knowledge of DCPR, FSI, and redevelopment in Mumbai
Compensation: Based on experience
