<strong>The Opportunity<br></strong>We’re hiring an <strong>HVAC Field Supervisor</strong> to lead our service department while remaining hands-on in the field. This is a true <strong>player-coach role</strong>—you’ll set the standard by producing revenue, supporting your team on complex calls, and driving performance across the department.<br><br>

</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Perform HVAC service calls and system sales while maintaining strong individual performance (revenue, average ticket, close rate)</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC Service Technicians through ride-alongs, training, and ongoing development</li>
<li>Own and drive department KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, productivity, and average ticket</li>
<li>Conduct weekly KPI reviews and support quarterly/annual performance evaluations</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between the HVAC Service team and General Manager</li>
<li>Support technicians in the field with troubleshooting, pricing, estimating, and sales strategy</li>
<li>Oversee daily scheduling, dispatch coordination, and technician assignments to maximize efficiency</li>
<li>Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Review work orders and documentation for accuracy and completeness</li>
<li>Maintain ServiceTitan integrity, including pricebook accuracy and proper job documentation</li>
<li>Contribute to inventory planning, purchasing decisions, and job costing accuracy</li>

<li>Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of revenue and KPI targets</li>
<li>A well-trained, accountable, and high-performing technician team</li>
<li>Strong customer satisfaction with minimal escalations</li>
<li>Efficient scheduling and high technician productivity</li>
<li>Clean, accurate, and consistent operational processes</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>5+ years of HVAC service experience</li>
<li>Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and technical HVAC skills</li>
<li>Experience with system sales and customer-facing service</li>
<li>Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with a results-driven mindset</li>
