<strong>Job Summary:</strong><br> As a Drain Cleaning Technician at Aelott, you will be responsible for diagnosing, clearing, and maintaining residential and commercial drainage systems. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, technical skill, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Diagnose and clear clogged drains using augers, drain snakes, and hydro-jetting equipment </li>
<li>Perform video inspections of sewer and drain lines to identify issues </li>
<li>Identify causes of blockages such as grease buildup, debris, or tree root intrusion </li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance to prevent future drainage problems </li>
<li>Repair or recommend replacement of damaged pipes as needed </li>
<li>Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions </li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working condition </li>
<li>Follow all safety protocols and local plumbing codes </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related field preferred </li>
<li>Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively </li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills </li>
<li>Good communication and customer service abilities </li>
<li>Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record </li>
