ROLE: Propel Academic Coach
LOCATION: Gulbarga, Karnataka, India
POSITION OVERVIEW: Are you passionate about education and ready to make a meaningful impact? As a Propel Academic Coach, you will train teachers, implement Propel curriculum, and work closely with schools to ensure success. Join us to transform education and empower schools, teachers, and students to achieve excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train and Orient: Conduct teacher training sessions and lead parent orientations to build awareness and engagement with the Propel system.
- Drive Propel Implementation: Collaborate with schools to ensure seamless implementation of Propel curriculum in classrooms
- Drive Compliance: Ensure timely collections and compliance with school agreements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Background: Academic Coordinators, Teacher Trainers, Senior Teachers, TFI Fellows, or Gandhi Fellows. Applicants should have at least 5 years of academic experience.
- Training Expertise: Proven experience in training teachers or driving teacher outcomes. Willingness to
- Travel: Open to traveling to schools within a ~150 km radius.
Preference will be for those local to the geography of hiring.
