Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Proofreader, located in New Delhi, India. The Proofreader will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of published materials, correcting grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors, and improving language quality. The role will also involve working closely with writers and editors for consistency in tone and style, as well as verifying translated texts for accuracy and coherence.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Spelling and Grammar
- Proven experience and attention to detail in Proofreading
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide editorial feedback
- Experience in Translation is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred
