VP of Engineering

As the VP of Engineering, you will take charge of building and scaling Pronto's platform while leading our engineering team. This role involves making critical technology decisions, refining our existing tech stack, and driving the development of internal systems to support our core matching and optimization algorithms. Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and manage the engineering team while implementing project management best practices. Make critical tech stack decisions, including refactoring of existing technologies. Lead the development of internal systems that power Pronto's core matching and optimization algorithms. Define and maintain best practices for code quality, DevOps, and CI/CD. What We Look For Skills: 10+ years of experience in software development. Proven experience in managing engineering teams, making technical decisions, and interfacing with product teams. Previous startup experience is a big plus. High integrity, collaborative spirit, and a can-do attitude. Qualifications Required Experience: 10+ years in software development. Bonus Points: Experience in a startup environment and a proven track record of strategic technical leadership.
