Role : Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter Location : Gachibowli, HYD Duration : Full Time Shift : Night (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (No Cab facilities) Experience : 0-4 Year Start Date : Immediate Kickstart Your Career in Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter We're looking for fresh, dynamic, and highly motivated individuals who are ready to jumpstart their career in US IT Recruitment! If you have great communication skills , a passion for people, and the drive to learn , we'll train you to become a top-notch recruiter. What You'll Do : Source IT candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, , etc. Screen and talk to candidates to assess technical fit and communication. Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups. Keep candidate trackers updated and organized. Learn and work with various recruitment tools and CRMs. You Should Have : Excellent spoken and written English communication . Ability to work in a night shift (US hours). A proactive and positive mindset with willingness to learn. Any Bachelor's degree (IT / Non-IT – all welcome). Basic knowledge of IT terms (not mandatory, but nice to have).
