About the Role
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer (Writer) to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on text generation, conversational AI, and creative writing workflows.
In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine high-quality prompts for AI models.
- Evaluate responses for creativity, factual accuracy, and context relevance.
- Provide structured feedback on prompt engineering strategies and outcomes.
- Assess AI outputs across conversational, technical, and creative tasks.
- Identify weaknesses in prompt structures and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of AI language models, prompt tuning, and few-shot learning.
- Ability to craft prompts for different use cases (creative, technical, conversational).
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics for AI text generation.
- Interest in advancing the role of prompt design in AI systems
