🚀 Role Overview
As a Prompt Engineer, you'll design, test, and optimize prompts for state-of-the-art Large Language Models while building scalable AI-powered applications. You'll collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to develop intelligent AI solutions that deliver real business value.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.
- Develop reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and evaluation frameworks.
- Apply advanced prompting techniques including Zero-shot, Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), ReAct, Self-Reflection, and Tree of Thoughts.
- Evaluate prompt quality using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Build context-aware AI workflows with secure tool invocation and context management.
- Integrate LLM APIs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
- Develop AI applications, automation scripts, backend services, and evaluation pipelines using Python.
- Work on AI agents, multi-agent systems, tool calling, function calling, and enterprise copilots.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
✅ Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering for Large Language Models.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and LLM APIs.
- Deep understanding of advanced prompting techniques:
- Zero-shot
- Few-shot
- Chain-of-Thought (CoT)
- ReAct
- Self-Reflection
- Tree of Thoughts
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, tool calling, function calling, and multi-agent systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Python programming for AI applications and automation.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, NLP, Transformer architecture, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and RAG.
- Exposure to model evaluation or fine-tuning.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
🎓 Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI/ML, LLM application development, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing prompts for real-world AI applications.
- Practical experience with API integrations and AI workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
