Role Description
We are seeking a Prompt Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Prompt Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and refining advanced AI prompts to optimize model performance. Daily tasks include researching AI model capabilities and nuances, designing prompt strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, and analyzing outputs to enhance accuracy and effectiveness. The role also involves staying informed of the latest AI advancements and applying this knowledge to practical scenarios.
Qualifications
- Expertise in AI and Machine Learning models with experience in designing and refining prompts
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Proficiency in research and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate prompt strategies and results effectively
- Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to cross-disciplinary projects
- Understanding of AI tools, platforms, and model-specific characteristics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Prior experience with natural language processing (NLP) or conversational AI is an advantage
