Role Description The Promoter role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Promoter will represent client brands, engage with potential customers, demonstrate products or services, and encourage sales conversions at designated locations or events. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, answering customer queries, distributing promotional materials, and supporting marketing campaigns. The role also involves maintaining a professional appearance, reporting on customer feedback and sales activity, and collaborating with supervisors to optimize promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for clear product explanation and customer engagement
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive brand experience
- Sales skills to promote products, influence purchasing decisions, and meet assigned targets
- Marketing and Training skills to support promotional campaigns and quickly learn product details
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and adhere to scheduled shifts
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and comfort interacting with diverse customer groups
- Prior experience in promotions, retail, or field marketing is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
