What You’ll Do?

• Write gripping, high-impact promotional scripts for digital platforms, OTT shows, short-form videos, branded content, and more, ensuring high engagement and retention.
• Craft engaging promotional edits for for their promo script that captivate and convert.
• Develop catchy taglines, teasers, episode hooks, and highlight-driven narratives that are optimized for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and other social media.
• Balance creative storytelling with marketing objectives — building interest, suspense, and recall value through your promos.
• Ensure all written output adheres to high standards of grammar, tone, structure, and platform-specific storytelling.
• Select the right music, sound effects, and transitions to elevate storytelling and emotional impact.
• Stay updated with performance metrics and audience responses to refine creative strategies in real time.
• Keep a sharp eye on regional content trends, viral formats, and cultural moments to make promos timely and relatable.

Who Are You?

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Background in Micro-drama or film.
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects (bonus), and basic color correction and sound balancing.
• 5 years of promo or content writing and editing in television, OTT or Film.
• Native-level proficiency in Hindi with the ability to write across tones — from emotional to witty to dramatic.
• Strong grasp of storytelling techniques, character arcs, and promotional beats — especially in Hindi entertainment.
• Deep understanding of Indian content consumption habits and regional preferences.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, multitasks well, and delivers quality work within tight deadlines.
