About the Role:
We’re looking for a Promo Producer who can transform stories into compelling promotional creatives that drive audience engagement and user acquisition. You’ll analyze stories, identify strong audience hooks, and develop promotional narratives for digital platforms. You’ll work closely with Creative Leads, ACDs, editors, and cross-functional teams to create high-performing creatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze stories to identify characters, conflicts, emotional drivers, and audience hooks
- Develop multiple promotional angles and creative concepts from a single story
- Write engaging promo scripts with strong hooks, suspense, curiosity, and emotional payoff
- Use audience insights and creative performance learnings to refine content
- Understand and apply metrics such as Hook Rate, Retention, CTR, CTI, and CPI
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life
- Experiment with new storytelling formats, hooks, and audience triggers
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, research, concept development, and scriptwriting
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in scriptwriting, content creation, advertising, entertainment marketing, or related creative fields
- Strong storytelling and writing skills
- Understanding of short-form content and digital audience behaviour
- Ability to create emotionally engaging, performance-driven narratives
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus
