About the Business Microdrama is our upcoming short-form OTT platform built for India's casual-viewing audience, featuring serialised dramas, series, and movies optimised for mobile-first consumption.
About the Role
- Watch long-form content and identify the most ad-worthy moments
- Write trailers, promos, and ad scripts that drive installs and trials
- Convert series and movie footage into high-converting ad creatives
- Work closely with the AI video editing team on final output
- Track and optimise against CPI, cost per trial, and cost per signup
Key Skills Required
- Trailer and promo script writing
- Strong hook writing for entertainment content
- Understanding of audience psychology and casual-viewing behaviour
- Performance metrics literacy — CPI, CPT, CPS
- Sharp content instinct
Good to Have
- Prior experience in OTT, entertainment, or production
- Understanding of Indian short-form content trends
- Portfolio of trailers or promos
