</div><div>We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee a FedEx Ground delivery operation in the Northern Cincinnati area.<br><br>

<strong>💼 Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Build and adjust daily delivery routes for efficiency</li>
<li>Manage driver schedules and coverage (7-day operation)</li>
<li>Ensure all routes are dispatched on time each morning</li>
<li>Monitor route progress and handle issues during the day</li>
<li>Coordinate with FedEx station staff and management</li>
<li>Oversee vehicle condition, maintenance, and readiness</li>
<li>Support hiring, onboarding, and driver performance</li>

<li>All routes covered and dispatched on time</li>
<li>Drivers supported and performing consistently</li>
<li>Efficient routes with minimal overtime</li>
<li>Clean safety record and well-maintained vehicles</li>
</ul><div><strong>💰 Compensation</strong></div><ul>
<li>Base: $900–$1,000 per week</li>
<li>Weekly performance bonus</li>
<li>Monthly bonus based on safety, retention, and operations</li>
</ul><div>👉 Total potential: <strong>$1,000–$1,400 per week<br></strong><br>
</div><div><strong>⏱ Schedule</strong></div><ul>
<li>Full-time, including some weekend oversight</li>
<li>Early mornings required (dispatch)</li>
<li>On-call during delivery hours</li>

<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage people and stay calm under pressure</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean background</li>
<li>Delivery/logistics experience preferred</li>
<li>FedEx pays for a drug screening and physical</li>
<li>Must be willing to drive a route 1-2 times per week or as needed</li>
