We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models that enhance our products and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, with a strong focus on Large Language Models.
2. Data Preparation: Work with large datasets to preprocess and engineer features that improve model performance.
3. Model Evaluation: Evaluate and optimize model performance through rigorous testing and validation techniques.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to integrate machine learning solutions into applications.
5. Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, particularly in LLMs, and apply them to enhance our projects.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of model development processes, experiments, and results.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist, with a focus on LLMs.
2. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
3. Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
4. Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
