Role Description
The Projects Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within the organization, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams across functions, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, and mitigating potential risks to meet project objectives. The role also involves regular reporting to senior management, maintaining client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida, requiring collaboration with global teams in various time zones.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Experience in team coordination, resource management, and client communication
- Knowledge of digital marketing, IT solutions, or business software development is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities
- Adaptability in working with global teams across different time zones
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a multinational organization or consulting firm is beneficial
