What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day project execution and keep teams aligned.
• Ensure client work and internal projects move smoothly and get delivered on time.
• Drive ownership, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage workflows without dropping the ball.
• Keep communication clear between clients, leadership, and internal teams.
• Spot bottlenecks, solve problems, and remove roadblocks before they become drama.
• Help us build smarter systems and stronger processes.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Someone who can juggle multiple projects and still keep things under control.
• A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Someone who takes ownership and leads by example.
• Bonus points if you genuinely enjoy Excel, trackers, structure, and making messy workflows make sense.
