About ImpAct Beyond Borders Foundation NGO:
ImpAct Beyond Borders Foundation is registered as a Section 08 not-for-profit organisation under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. We run our own education centres in the slums of Jaipur, free of cost, for the kids staying in the slums. We also started a free-of-cost school for the underprivileged kids last year. We also run a women's empowerment centre for a sustainable income mission for marginalised women staying in the slums of Jaipur.
This position comes with an amazing opportunity to deal with foreigners from the USA, Europe, the UK, Australia, etc.
Project Support Coordinator
Work mode: Offline (Work from Office)
Package: 2.4 LPA to 3.0 LPA + TA will be provided as per the requirements of the projects
Office Location: Nirman Nagar, Jaipur (Raj)
Required Skills: Excellent Communication Skills and a background in an NGO
Detailed JD:
- Conduct field surveys and lead door-to-door outreach in slum communities to identify beneficiaries and strengthen community engagement.
- Plan, organise, and execute educational, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities at learning centres and partner schools.
- Maintain and regularly update detailed profiles and progress records for each child enrolled in ImpAct.
- Act as a translator and cultural liaison for international volunteers during sessions and activities.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data, including stories, case studies, and impact metrics, for reporting and communication purposes.
- Manage operational logistics, including attendance tracking, inventory, and expense records.
- Capture high-quality photographs and documentation of events, sessions, and field activities.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to support CSR initiatives, events, and meetings with potential partners.
- Coordinate regularly with teachers, beneficiaries, and community stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on project activities, progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all program-related activities and processes.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities based on program needs.
- Share daily task updates and accomplishments with the team to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Plan and execute events such as workshops, awareness drives, and health camps in the community.

Qualifications
- Experience with Project Support and Project Coordination tasks to ensure effective and efficient project execution.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess project data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance for managing documentation, reports, scheduling, and other organisational activities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work collaboratively in a team environment, and adapt to dynamic project needs.
- Experience in social or community development projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
