We’re Hiring | Senior Executive – Projects (Civil / Interior Fit-Out)
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Projects (Coordination) to join our team and support the planning and execution of interior fit-out projects across F&B, QSR, restaurants, retail, and commercial spaces.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project
• Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Support planning and sequencing of civil & interior activities (flooring, false ceiling, tiling, woodwork, wall finishing, etc.)
• Manage BOQs, budgets, work orders, and vendor coordination
• Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly status reports
• Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out / construction projects (preferably QSR / restaurant / retail)
• Strong understanding of project planning, site coordination, and execution
• Proficiency in MS Project and project reporting
• Good communication and organizational skills.
